Great to see your pictures. It must be exciting to enter into a new community, making new friends. I think you must know how to make barbecue pork rice - just marinate the pork - that with some fat on it - and cook it in the oven for around 25 minutes, put some honey on top a few times, and then put it on top of plain rice - you will feel you are back to hong kong.

Thank you Wing Hang! I would love to make the barbecue pork with 'ready-to-made' Lam Kam Kee marinade. It's a very easy recipe with Chinese style.
